Welcome to (Ree)Defined Beauty. By booking a service, attending an appointment, or visiting our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

All bookings are confirmed only after payment or deposit is received.

Final payments are due on or before the date of service.

Late arrivals (10+ minutes) may result in shortened services or cancellation at the artist’s discretion.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment may forfeit the deposit.

No-shows may be charged the full service fee.
Client Responsibilities

Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face unless otherwise instructed.

Inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your session.

(Ree)Defined Beauty is not responsible for allergic reactions if such information is not disclosed.
Artist Rights

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior, late payment, or unsafe conditions.

Photos or videos may be taken (with your consent) for portfolio or marketing use.
Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of services provided is limited to the amount paid for that service.
